We want you to love every toy you purchase from asheshmart.com. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at support@asheshmart.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error
- Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., plush toys that have been opened)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
If your refund is delayed or missing, check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still need help, email us at support@asheshmart.com
Exchanges
Need a different item? We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement to ensure availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
